Fish pedicures come to America

Last year I blogged about the new Asian health trend of doctor fish — species of fish that nibble away at dead skin on a person's body.

Well, that trend has finally hit our shores, too:

Tracy Roberts, 33, of Rockville, Md., heard about [fish pedicures] on a local radio show. She said it was "the best pedicure I ever had" and has spread the word to friends and co-workers.

"I'd been an athlete all my life, so I've always had calluses on my feet. This was the first time somebody got rid of my calluses completely," she said.

But if you're really brave, you'll go for the full-body treatment.

Eat up, boys. There's more where that came from.
